Note to Practice and Primary Care Managers
Trinity Healthcare Services recognise that Practice Managers are responsible for budgets and that the use of Agency personnel must be managed appropriately and be a cost effective use of company resources. Our aim is to provide a high quality service which is cost effective, fairly priced and with no hidden charges.

We supply each of our Practice Managers with a Service User guide which is aimed at providing you with all the relevant information that you need relating to Trinity Healthcare Services. It includes information on our policies, procedures and anticipated standards.

Staff who are assigned by Trinity Healthcare Services to undertake work at your establishment are required to have the appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of GMS Contracts, QOF and the Clinical Systems used in Primary Care.

All staff whether clinical and non-clinical are required to have current or recent experience of working in GP Practice or similar Primary Healthcare environment.

Events for Practice Mangers
Trinity Healthcare Services liaises with Practice Managers and other external agencies to provide a service to Primary Care which is professional, reliable and of a high standard. We have established an excellent working relationship with a large number of GP Practices across Wales and look forward to developing new relationships with other practices as our service grows and develops.

Trinity Healthcare Services have events planned for the future which aim to bring Practice Managers together and which will provide them with the opportunity to share skills & knowledge, discuss relevant topics and build a robust network of support and guidance on issues relating to Practice Management.
